On March 16, #FYCchat members gathered together to talk about community building. We shared ways to build community in our classrooms and to get shy students to feel more comfortable joining the classroom community. We also talked about ways to build community with other faculty and colleagues in our disciplines, which seemed to pose particular challenges for contingent faculty.
